Lee Gale Gruen
ACTRESS, AUTHOR & GUEST SPEAKER

Lee Gale Gruen lives in the East San Francisco Bay area. She retired from a 37-year career as a probation officer and became an actress, author, guest speaker, and blogger. Her transition has been reviewed in Time Magazine, the Los Angeles Times newspaper, AARP Life Reimagined, and in Marlo Thomas’ 2014 book highlighting women who have reinvented themselves.

Lee Gale (her first name) has been writing a blog for seven years, sharing her thoughts, observations, and experiences which she believes are universal to the retiree and senior demographic. She also lectures publicly on senior reinvention. Her published memoir about becoming an actress as a senior is: Adventures with Dad: A Father and Daughter’s Journey Through a Senior Acting Class. Her blog, lecture, and upcoming book are all titled “Reinventing Yourself in Your Retirement Years,” and they share the goal of helping retirees, those soon to retire, baby boomers, and seniors find joy, excitement and purpose after retiring. BARBERSHOP QUARTET

GENERATIONS QUARTET is a barbershop type quartet, located in the Providence, RI / Southeastern MA area. The Quartet has a COMBINED TOTAL of 178 years of Barbershop Harmony experience, through Sept, 2019. During the year 2019, they sang at 61 total performances! Usual performance locations include private homes, at work, hospitals, nursing homes and assisted living locations.

Gordon Michaels VARIETY SINGER

Gordon Michaels’  Productions are a deeply personal expression of his soul. As a singer in his Church’s Children’s choir at age 3, performing developed into a passion and profession. He was n exceptional talent at New York City’s Music & Arts High School from which he was lucky enough to appear in the movie “FAME” and be on the recording. He earned a scholarship to the Boston Conservatory of Music for Opera but found his love in Musical Theater and is what he earned his BFA in. He’s at ease singing show tunes, jazz, blues, pop and gospel and even some country. A complete southern gentleman at heart, he knows how to entertain and leave you wanting more.

His reputation as a premiere vocalist has led to performances around the world and with internationally known singers; Patti Labelle, Jennifer Holiday, James Taylor, Aerosmith, Rod Stewart, Cissy Houston, Keith Lockhart, Tramaine & Edward Hawkins, Natalie Cole and a performance for Pope John Paul II.  He created and hosted the popular Gospel Brunch at the original House of Blues in Cambridge, MA

Today Gordon resides in Boston and continues to entertain and inspire audiences in theater productions, private functions, charity events and piano bars throughout the region with any one of his six cabaret shows. Archie Richards
PROFESSIONAL PIANIST

Archie is a classical pianist. A recording he’d made of a famous Beethoven sonata was played on Boston’s classical music station on Sunday morning, October 28, 1973. Even in his eighties, he remains skilled enough to be paid for performances in retirement homes and senior centers in the Boston area.

Archie Richards was a stockbroker and financial planner for some years.  He then wrote weekly newspaper columns, Richards on Money Matters, which were nationally syndicated. He also authored Understanding Exchange-Traded Funds, published by McGraw-Hill and still available on Amazon. Beginning at the end of 2016, Archie wrote brief libertarian columns about American government that were published as letters by the Concord (NH) Monitor.
